Cloud Computing offers cost effective sharing of mega data anytime, anywhere in the world. To provide the sensitive patient data available to the multiple expert doctors worldwide, it is better to adopt cloud storage known as E-Health Cloud. Though there are many advantages such as cost effectiveness and scalability, cloud is affected by an important issue called data security. When the sensitive patient records are at the risk of hacking or alteration, it will lead to serious issues related to patient's life. Hence a strong encapsulation mechanism is needed to secure patient records. This chapter propose a noval encipherment technique called VIJANA Encipherment which includes extended Vigenere Cipher and Key Management using Discrete Logarithm. E-Health Cloud Web Application is created in .NET and hosted in the cloud domain. Sample records are executed and encipher/decipher results are shown. Encipher/Decipher time are tabulated and visualized in the form of graph. VIJANA cryptography is justified to be a true security solution for protecting sensitive data in the E-Health cloud by cryptanalysis done.
